Last time I looked, that set of buttons was about $75 (for the whole unit, buttons and all, just snaps and plugs in), so ya, but not crazy.
No idea what the hourly charge would be to get it in there, may want to look into getting it and putting it in yourself.

If your good at soldering give it a go..
There is a guy I found that can do it. I believe he quoted me 450 for me to send him all my interior peices an he change the bulbs to LEDs. Two day turn around. Here is his name an number.
