Weird issue with front end when in reverse...
I noticed today, When im backing up and turning, theres something going on with my front end.
It seems like its either "sliding" or almost like the tire is oblong (oval).
I dont know, its strange and hard to explain.
I have no issues when going forward.
I have 18" up front with 275/35 tires.
any ideas??

Any chance you are rubbing a fender/wheel well?
Most times going forward you will not turn near as sharp.
Is your car lowered?
Just my guess!

I'd say that the tire is rubbing on the inner fender.
