Saw this in my area yesterday
I think he just stole those wheels off another car ....
Or maybe he is waiting for his fender flares to come in....

Reminds me of those low-rider trucks with the 14-15" spoke wheels that stick out 6 inches from the fenders.

If those rears were sticking out just a tid-bit like his fronts, it would look pretty good. However, the way they are now without flares just looks cheap.
