Congrats! I have to ask, though---what the heck kind of detailing takes 3 weeks? Do you work on it 5 minutes per day?
Following a three thousand mile roadtrip with lots of tar my car was on jack stands for 2 weeks just cleaning off the tar under the car fender wells, exhaust, maybe i'm a little ocd. I didn't spend 8 hours per day but certainly a lot more than 5 minutes.
Looks great and congrats....I have to ask....what is that **** sticking up at the trunk latch? Is it some sort of assist to open the trunk? My FRC is hard to open after i release it. It doesn't pop up very much and I have to kinda pry it up with my fingers.

Just put a yellow golf ball on the same rod stock I made the door props with to shut off the interior lights, it created questions during the show. I have to press the trunk release to get it off.
The trunk popper is above at the upper trunk latch, those work great and I highly recommend them.
I went to my first all vette car show yesterday. They had over 180 vettes there. My gf and I were the youngest participants there lol. I did manage to get a sponser award. Its hard to compete against a mob of vettes
Cgrat! The first car show I entered, a PT Cruiser won. How gay is that? Th ecategory was "80's to Present" and whether I won or not, there were MANY other winners on th eline besides a PT Cruiser. I think the show was completely BS and fixed.
