stainless letters
I have been thinking about the stailless letters front
and back on my 03 torch red coupe.
I have never seen them for real, any feedback or pictures
would be appreciated.
thanks

I first had the flat stainless letters and switched to Cyberdyne 3D chrome letters, Why? Because the stainless ones I had were flat and my drying towel kept catching on them pulling them loose.

I agree. I had the vinyl letters but they didn't seem to adhere to the car properly.
I thought that I cleaned that area well enough. What did you use to clean the area before applying the letters?
Have you had any trouble with them sticking?????
Want to go with stainless front and rear on my Torch Red vert.

I purchased the rounded SS letters from WCC. They come with a prep kit for installation. So far so good
1) clean indented surface with alcohol
2) apply adhesive promoter (included) let dry completely
3) attach letters
4) polish with soft cloth

Oldtimer
Corvette emblems staying on ?
I did a whole graphics on my 2003 and I cleaned the places they went with denatured alcohol and then I used a 3M product #4298 Adhesive Promoter which I suggest you used. Comes in a 0.5 pen and I used a Q-tip and soaked it with the adhesive Promoter, You can find a dealer on the web, and the phone number is on the lable you see. Just wipe the area where the adhesive is going to attach to the body. I put on a set of the cyberdine silicon emblems dash and steering wheel over the years everything has stuck like they were welded on.
