Dash question

My 98 C5 has two air vents that are broken and will not move left to right or up and down, its the big one in the middle and the passenger side. How hard will it be to replace these? Is it something i can possible do at home in my garage or do i need to take it somewhere?

I did a search here on the forum awhile back when I R&R'd mine for a full custom job. The dash is only held in by 7 screws.
