Here's some info that was posted up by forum member Patches:
[B][There is a siphon pump in the passenger side that transfers its fuel to the left tank until the passenger tank is empty, then the driver's side tank is used up. Gas is not transferred from the driver's to passenger tank except passively upon fillup through the connector hose as mentioned above. The siphon pump only works in one direction - passenger to driver tank./B]

OK,,Thanks a lot for the info!! I've run the tank down to about 1/8th with the purpose of adding a bottle of Techron,,and it started the old cranial gears going wondering how the fuel levels were maintained,,and how it refilled. This info takes care of that! I'll just dump it in and fill !! Should be fairly evenly distributed factoring in the fill up turbulence,,osmosis and the sloshing of driving and running down of the fuel level!! Thanks again! Some day I need to refine my search/computer skill !!
