No, the tires will not look correct. I have the same size rims as you listed and the same size front tire as well. When I replaced the drag radials on the rear I tried the Hankook Ventus V12 305/30/19. And to be honest it didn't look right. The tire is too narrow for the 11' rim, the sidewalls bow out, plus the sidewall looks too short when compared to the front. I ended up going with a Nitto 325/30/19. Before with the 305, the sidewall on the front was noticeably taller than the rear. Now with the 325, the front and rear looks more proportioned. But this is my opinion having seen it first hand on my car. Someone else maybe Ok with how the 305 looks with a 275/35 front.

Interesting, you don't happen to have any pictures do you? Thanks for your input so far
Sounds okay to me. Compare what you're considering to OEM front sizing: 9.5" width wheel and 265mm width tires (and people run 275mm too), so you are the same there.
OEM rear sizing is 10.5" width wheel with a 295mm tire. With your contemplated wheel size of 11", you've also upped the tire width 10mm. Remember different brands of tires, even though the same size, will "look" different just because of their construction and how the tread blocks are shaped.
As far as the sidewall, you need to use one of the tire "calculators" that are floating around to keep your overall tire diameter (or circumference) in the ballpark with OEM sizes. Having said that, your sidewall ratios also appear good.

Sorry, but no pictures. I only had the 305/30's on for a couple of days. Didn't even drive it. All i can say is it doesn't look right with the rear sidewall being noticeably shorter( to me anyways) than the front. If you work the numbers to find sidewall height for the tire sizes you listed, front is 96.25mm and rear is 91.5mm. For a 325/30/19, the sidewall is 97.5mm. A 265/35/18 would get you closer to being equal in sidewall height to a 305/30 albeit 1.25mm taller but you probably wouldn't notice. Anyway, hope this helps.
