Default Front rubber spoiler question HELP

One of the machine screws or at least a screw of some sort that holds the spoiler up under the car is missing. Which cause’s the spoiler to drupe down a bit. My question is what do these screws look like (name, size etc) and is there something on the other side that I can’t see like a fixed nut of some sort that may or may not be there anymore. I could remove one from the other side to see what it looks like but am afraid that there may be a nut I cant see…causing me even more problems if I remove it and can’t get it back in. Maybe someone here has replaced theirs and can give me a heads up. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ive had mine off and on, they are threaded holes (or inserts) dont worry about it, just take the bolt from the other side out.

The threaded insert could be damaged/missing. You would normally have to buy new insert(s) and have access to the heavy duty installation tool that GM uses to install the insert into the frame.

An alternative to that is available from ZIP-CORVETTE. You don't need a tool to install it. A bolt/washer will install the insert. That is assuming the thin metal tubing frame isn't damaged which would prevent the installation.

'97-12 Corvette Front Skid Plate/Radiator Support Cradle Rivet Nuts - Large
Replacement hex head rivet nuts for installing the radiator support cradle/front end skid plate assembly to your Corvette's frame assembly. These nuts are required when repairing or replacing the front assembly. GM nuts are over $7.00 list each and generic automotive nuts have round heads, making them much more difficult to install which requires a special tool for compression.

Note: To install these rivet/nuts correctly, use a bolt & washer to pull the nut into place when installing, then remove the washer and reinstall the bolt holding the assembly to the frame.

Item Number: BL-615
Your Price: $4.95"
