Glad you are recovering and have a positive attitude. This Forum is like all the good ones I have seen. Starts out being about a common hobby and soon turns into much more and before long you have a extended family. I hope the support you have received here helps you recover. Kudos to your wife too! Get back in that Vette and ride
I recently had a coworker that let a lot of things go unchecked. He was very lucky to have survived a recent incident a few weeks ago himself. He calls me everyday at work saying how bored he is just sitting at home.
Hang in there and keep your spirits up. Nice hear your weather is nice so can get out.
take care!
Best wishes and hope for a speedy recovery. I have been there, one brain tumor in 1985 and another in 1991. Friends and family make all the difference.
Thanks to you wife for being so loving (nagging!) to get you to the doc. We here will keep you in our thoughts and pray for good things! I know I speak for all on the Forumn, if you need something, please post!!
Good luck and get well! I really sympathize with you. Two weekends ago I was suddenly having excrutiating pain. Went to the doc on Monday and from there directly to the hospital for surgery. I'm still recovering but yesterday I was able to return to work as long as I don't push it. Still feeling a little discomfort but it will pass. It's a good thing to have a supportive wife!
I can emphasize with you, brother. I had a brain hemorrhage in 94'. They had to go in and repair it, so, I know how you're feeling. It will all pass and you'll feel better soon enough to drive your Vette. I was at work, so, no wife nagging, but, she helped me immensely with the recovery. Just cherish every day as it comes! I was lucky and so were you, so, try and make the best of the rest of your life. Especially driving your Vette. Best of Luck in your future.
This time last year, the wife was going through Chemo. for breast cancer. This year we have been on the Power Tour, on the Dragon Tail, had the Z06 on a ferry across lake Michigan, and now we are in Bowling Green. In other words, get better and hit the road. Who needs drugs when you have a C-5.
