C5 Rim Question

I looking to purchase a set of 2008 C6 z06 rims for my 2001 C5 Convertible.
11" Back
9.5" front

Asanti's 20"

Will I have any issues?

If they are C6Z offsets, they will stick out past your fenders.

install C6 on C5

These are the measurements i got;

coming off a 2007 z06

3 1/2 lip 20x12 rear , 2" lip 20 x 10

285/25/20, 245/30/20

does this help?

Tire sizes on those wide rims are way under sized!

From: Not on either liberal coast.

OEM backspace/offset dimensions are as follows:

C5 coupe/convertible:
Front 17x8.5", +58mm offset = 7.03" backspace
Rear 18x9.5", +65mm offset = 7.81" backspace

C5/Z06:
Front 17x9.5", +54mm offset = 7.38" backspace
Rear 18x10.5", +58mm offset = 8.03" backspace

C6 coupe/convertible:
Front 18x8.5", +56mm offset
Rear 19x10", +79mm offset

C6/Z06:
Front 18x9.5", +40mm offset
Rear 19x12", +59mm offset

You also need to keep in mind the tire diameters to avoid issues with Traction Control and ABS, as well as speedometer changes.

Plug in your oem tire sizes and proposed tire sizes to see the differences in diameters...

20" wheels front and back ? Yikes. You won't have much rubber on the road.

I have been looking to do a C6Z rim as well, Probably gonna go with a Repro for the right offset though...

Another q

I have someone offering me C6 Z06 rims Chrome

2-18x9.5 and 2-19x12 speedline wheels

Rear Tire measures 325/30/19

I really like the way they look and well kepted..

I am really looking for something nice for my Convertible 2001 Vette..

Any Advise... Thank you...
