Leave them on the car and get use to them a little, plus will chg in ride a little after the car gets settled back down.

Well i put about 300 miles on the car still not happy I actuly upgraded to full z06 suspension with these shocks sold off everything but the shocks I like the base suspension better because I dont race the car I do drive for hours when I drive it and after a while its stiffness gets to me.
I have a set of base suspension shocks with 30k miles on them. They are in excellent functioning condition and look almost brand new. I took these off last year when I installed my Bilstein HD's. PM me if you want them. We'll work something out.

Hey Cybermind,
I was planning on replacing my stock base soft ride shocks on the rear only (44,000 miles) with the HD Bilsteins, can you give me your thoughts about how that change worked out for you? Any comparison notes to the stock ride? Did you notice any change in the ride height?
Hey Dan B,
The Bilstein HD's completely transformed my car into the perfect handling sports car it should've been from the very beginning. The ride is only slightly stiffer but not harsh in any way. Where before, a rough road would cause the car to become slightly uncomposed and lose traction, now it just follows every road imperfection and the tires stay planted with no negative impact to ride quality. It is by far, the single greatest improvement to the car's performance so far. I strongly recommend the Bilsteins and for the price, I also recommend that you do all fours. It is a very simple and quick change out.

Soft ride? how about a Cadillac instead of a vette?
