For those who follow racing, this is an incredible beast.
This is a huge step forward for the Corvette racing program.
There will be four of these running in the Daytona Prototype devision next year.
It's amazing how much GM / Corvette learns in racing. Eventually allot of the knowledge acquired from racing gets implemented into the Corvette production cars.
These are the only DP in the series cars that look remotely close to the production cars.

Yikes on the car. Nice pooch. My neighbor has a wiener dog. He also has a shirt that has the dogs pic on it and the caption reads If your nice to me I'll let you play with my wiener.

I think it's a great looking race car. Can't wait to see the results on the track.
People probably don't like it because they are afraid the new C7 might have some of these styling cues. Then the new C7 would make the C5 look like an old antique.
