Service Active hanling - Reduced Engine Power
Hi Guy.s Wondering if some one can help me out. I live in Australia and I imported a 2004 C5 into Australia. I love the car but this is the second occassion I have had an issue where the motor has cut out in traffice, had problems restartiong th car when it does start I get the message "Reduced Engine Power -Service Active Handling- Service Traction Control" After the car sits for a while it starts and runs okay. Took it to my service people who plugged in a code checker and nothing was found. Very worring as car cut out in traffic. May I add this car was a one onwner with only 17,000 miles on the clock its done 19,000 now. So car is as new no mods.
Wondering if anyone can please help me with my problem.

Read this ...you can pull codes yourself you don't need a code reader. I would think with those symptoms you will have codes. Anyway when you get them be sure to post them include H/C thats history and current..good luck
