well, after saying i really didn't like the c6 as well as the c5 look what i went and did.
i found a deal i couldn't pass up and i found that i actually do like the c6. so i traded the 98k mile '02 vert for a 20k mile '07 coupe. looking forward to a whole new round of mods.

I do wish you all the luck in the world but I have to honestly say I like the looks of your 02 vert more than the new C6. Maybe I am biased but as long as YOU are happy it doesnt matter what I think!!!

it would normally be exhaust, but that's taken care of. i bought a transparent roof panel, lloyd's mats, 6 disc oem head unit, and oem cargo cover and net, all from forum members. i'm thinking a zr1 rear spoiler and front splitter might be the first real change. then american racing headers at carlisle with a tune.

Do you think you might miss the vert...roof off driving and all? When I had my old C3 t- roof I ALWAYS wished I had a rag!! After all most Vette owners only drive in weather that is truly roof off weather. Targa roofs are such a pain to remove and reinstall and you only partially experience the vert. Myself would never buy a sports car that is not a vert. Otherwise I think the C6 is a fine automobile (yours is exceptional, good trade up) and I can see myself owing a C6....vert. Greetings, Rob
