Heat resistant wrap
I am looking for some kind of heat resistant wrap that I can put around my starter wires and a few others.The headers have melted the wire protection that comes from the factory, and i don t want to melt the electrical wires on both sides. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I've used several different ones around exhaust pipes, tranny tunnels, around hoses, making a header shield

I have the "Thermo-flex" on the wires. Haven't had any problems with the heat off the headers melting this tubing. In fact, after having the car towed home due to the wires touching the headers, I have covered anything that looks like a wire in the engine compartment. So far so good. Been on the car for 1 year now.
