I’ve had this setup for a long time now, headers, intake, exhaust, tune. I might be going a little further next year or spring of 2022. 373 or 390 gears and a vig3200 converter, installed by finish line performance in Plainfield IL. I want it, just haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I could only hope for a low 12 on street tires.
Hey, Beast, I put a set of shorty Billy Boat headers on the car, and with the same basic setup, but with a 3200 stall Yank Converter, and an old "educated guess" LS1 Edit tune (not dyno'd), I hit almost 114mph, actual 12.50@113.9mph. That run got ne kicked out of Lapeer Int'l Dragway, for running under (way!!!) 14.00 on a Vert with no roll bar. Hard time hooking on runflats. With DRs, and that 114mph trap, I'd probably have been around 12.20s, and I'd guess you'd be around 12.20, or less. I also had the LS6 intake. Our setups were very close.......
