Did you rebuild your TPMS or use your old ones. Sounds like you may have a bad one.

Start with the basics. Did you put the sensors back on the same wheels? (rr, rf, etc) Or did you reprogram them after install? I'm asking because I want to make sure we're working with the correct wheel. If so, how much pressure is actually in the tire? Do the other tires read correct pressures? Did you drive the car far enough after changing the tires to activate the sensors and get updated readings? Usually a dead sensor doesn't read "flat", but rather xxxx. If something was damaged in the sensor when it was changed, it may not be reading pressure even though it was there. I think it is still transmitting or it wouldn't think you had a flat.

Just a thought, but maybe the shop damaged the sensor during the dismount/remount of the tires on the wheels. If all others work, that could be the problem or it could just be the sensor went bad.

Run back by the shop and they should have a magnet, walk through the reset procedure to relearn the sensors. The DIC will step you through, and you'll have the mechanic go to each wheel with the magnet as it says to.

Once done, drive for a few miles and it should come back to life.

A search here should turn up the procedure if not someone will post if not then I'll do that later when I get back.
