Lowered?
I know this is going to seem like a stupid question but I have no idea if my 01 vert was lowered. How can I tell?

Give us a side shot and maybe we can tell. Hard to tell from this picture, But it appears that the rear doesn't have the gap from the tire to the fender of a standard height..

So do you eyeball the lowering by the thread count? Or is there a more specific approach?

You want to turn the front left and right the same amount and same with the rear.

What wing is that? I like it! I know I should know by now since I'm on the forum 24/7, but I was just never into wings. That one is subtle
, and I have seen it, but I don't know which one it is now lol.
SLP spoiler , I found it.

There is no more specific approach other than to get longer bolts if you want to lower it more. If you "loosen" the nut more, you run the risk of loosing the bolt and having the suspension drop while driving.
