Default Wheels / Tires

Hey guys, I am looking to upgrade wheels and tires. Car is stock C5 and was looking at two different sizes. Just thought I would ask if 18 front & 19x10 rear or stay with 17 & 18x10, and what tires would look best with fatty-ness...?

Some ideas to look at here..............http://www.corvettegarage.com/catego...-packages.html I'm running stock C5 sizes with NITTO NT555 extreme tires.they have a "wide footprint" . Did you Consider spending the money on some good Pfadt sway bars and sport shocks, you would b amazed at the difference this mod makes without messing with the cars geometry..............just a thought??Looks or performance was my dilemma until I called PFADT RACE Engineering and my answer was shocks and sways........Incredible difference for the C5!!Ckeck out there site.Good luck which ever way you go................http://www.pfadtracing.com/catalog/p...products_id/42

I stayed with stock sizes when I bought my i-Forged Swifts, mainly because my tires were fine and I didn't want to buy new ones.

18/19 would look good. I went with 19/19 on mine and like it.

I just installed 18"x10" with 275/35 Fronts and 19"x11" with 305/30 rear, their CCW's SP500's. IMO the wide rear tires really look bad ace!I had no issues with rubbing or messages on the DIC, all's good!

You are going to get a lot of different answers here, I went with 18 front and rear Fikse wheels and love the look, The reason I went 18 was mainly the price I bought the wheels for, Believe me when I say I couldn't pass it up. I think the front look much better in an 18 inch than it did with 17 inch.

I would go with either 18/18, 18/19, or 19/19.

Check out my post on new tires.

I have 19/19 CCW setup and really like it.

One thing to be careful of also is wheel weight. Try not to add much more rotating mass if you have to.
