Just finished installing the vr b2 and powerduct on my 99 FRC, and i must say it was a PITA! I ended up having to notch out a small piece of my radiator shroud for the powerduct to fit, since the motor sits further forward than most newer c5's. After all the fitment issues i really hope i get some added response. Ill have to wait and see, lg long tubes arriving tomorrow! I'd post pics but unfortunately i only have my phone for an internet source. Thanks to everyone on the forum for the advice, its been an amazing reference!
I still don't get why so many think is so hard or have trouble installing the VARARAM!
It was a pain for me because shroud was a PITA to remove. Then the "tubes" had to be contorted to fit in the position is was supposed to be in. Reinstalling the shroud was a pain because the vararam tubes want to press in towards the condensor. Then clamping that thing down with that much pressure against the shroud...... AAARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

With the V/R, longtubes and a tune you are going to be a happy camper. Or, at least I am.
Thanks to everyone im eager to hear and feel the improvements. Anyone have suggestions on a tune? Sct, mail order, dyno?? Also, i will clarify.. The vr-b2 was pretty simple and straightforward. It was the powerduct that required a little more effort..
