Need a mechanic 11733
I need some basic work done and would appreciate recommendations for a local mechanic. (No, I can no longer do the work myself.)
The work I need done is mostly simple:
Oil change
Steering column lock (apparently recall was done years ago and it needs replacement again.)
Service Engine light is on (Not sure if that is for oil or other issue and did not check the code.)
1st to 4th bypass (I bought the part, but did not install)
May have a problem with one or more tire pressure modules (get a warning low pressure message at times, but for the wrong wheel)
Coming up on 50k this year, so not sure what else might need attention.
Any recommendations close to zip 11733 or 11763 would be appreciated. (Yes, I can just go to Chevy, but would like to work with an experienced Vette mechanic that has a good track record)
