Default help with 98 coupe missing fuses

Hi I was fixing hvac issue by removing fuse 27 so that's when I noticed I was missing fuses.

The fuses I'm missing are under the hood they are as follows
#1 rrfoglp minifuse
#7 rtd minifuse
#41 rtd micro relays
#37 rrfoglp micro relay
#51 maxifuse rtd
And under passenger fuse box the chime micro relay

Can anyone tell me why they might have been pulled and not replaced

My vette does have fog lights and they work
Thanks guys/girls

All this info is in the owner's manual. If you don't have one, you can download one from www.gmpartshouse.com - it's free.

Correction - 8VETTE7's post made me think a bit:

When I gave my answer above, I was mistakenly looking at an '03 owners manual - should have been looking at a '98 since that's what you have and they are somewhat different. Here's what the owners manual that I downloaded says for those fuse locations:

1 - this is listed as ABS TRANS - whatever the heck that is.
7 - Selective Real Time Damping - if you have this on the car, there should be a fuse installed in that slot (F45 option on the option code sticker)
41 - Same as #7.
37 - Micro relay ABS TRANS - again, not sure exactly what this is. Dealer would know.
51 - Owners manual says it is blank from the factory.

Chime mirco relay - did not see one labeled as that. What fuse is it in the box?

Sorry about the mistake.
