Default T56 Trans Question

I had my T56 rebuilt by ticks performance. Went with level 3. Im running a spec 4+ clutch as well. I cannot power shift this car at all. Maybe every once in awhile I can leave the line and and not lift as I shift from 2-3. I wanna be able to leave from start and not lift my foot off the throttle as i row through the gears. Should this transmission be able to do that???

Yes if the tranny was rebuilt, you should be able to power shift through the gears.
Why not ask Joey at Tick?
Is the clutch fluid clear & clean?
Who put the clutch in?
How old is the slave cylinder & clutch?
Did you install a Tick adjustable clutch master cylinder?
What shifter are you using & is it adjusted properly?

I tried calling them but there closed this week
Yes I have changed the fluid several times
Heintz Racing
New Slave Cylinder and clutch is new
Not the tick brand but the Nick Williams master cylinder... Its the same
Using a b@m ripper shifter and not to sure if its adusted 100% correctly since i didnt personally put it in.

Just trying to get some feedback cause when I call them i dont wanna hear its workin fine. I have a lil race comin up tomorrow and it would help me if i could get this fixed if its something simple.

its the clutch, never again will i use the ****** spec clutches again in my life!! im willing to bet its the clutch. i had a spec 3 installed it and it never engaged over 5800-5900 rpms. called spec they gave me the run around told me to bleed the system. i told them yes i did many times and still nothing. then i was told oh u need a spacer. im like spacer wtf?? pulled everything out and the plate itself was warped. called them back up and said oh well you beat on it etc etc im like wtf seriously? never again will i buy spec clutches again, they were ok back in early 2000's never had an issue. now if you do a search you can see many people having issues with them.

to me it sounds like a clutch related issue. exedy twin is all i have to say.........you wont regret it.

When my car was heads and cam i had a shop put a spec 3 in it and it wouldn't shift. They pulled it out and replaced it and still no shift at high rpm's. They pulled that and put in a centerforce clutch and had no problems. I don't know if it was a problem with install or the clutch but it didn't look good for the specs.

Well I havent been able to get to the track but from the street it seems to have improved when I changed the B@M ripper shifter I bought off ebay to the MGW shifter and replaced to the shifterbox with the new GM box with the rubber bushings.
