floppy ears easy fix
Not wanting to spend $75.00 on a new visor with the work it entials I stuck a piece of industrial strength black velcro to the horizontal bar on the covertible top. Then I sewed the matching piece to the left side of the floppy visor. It works, except when the top is down but my visor is only floppy on the left side of the 
broken interior of the visor. It works!. remember to loosen the velcro when you put the top down. You will need a stout needle and a thimble to get through the velcro. Good luck.

fixed mine with leather visor covers...they fit snugly and look good while keeping the floppy ear straight.
