How much Should a balancer install be?
What would be a good price to install a balancer? I have a innovator west balancer I need installed,it will need to be pinned,how much am I looking at?

That's a very good question you asked.
I have never paid to have it done, but I'm aware of what all has to be done to accomplish this task.
If I were needing to have this done & were able to get a machanic
that was familiar/qualified to do this job for let's say$300., I'd say
#Have at er"!
However, probably figure in the neighbood of $500. for all that your
looking to have done.

I paid ~$275 here in NC to have mine replaced, which incl used balancer. Shop has done a lot of work on my car so I was OK with price. Steering rack needs to be moved so that does take some time. Just make sure the shop knows how to install the crank bolt - there is a specific procedure unless you are using the ARP bolt, or you will be having it done again. Good luck with it.
BTW, if you ever think you will be upgrading your cam, it might not be a bad time to install 2 piece timing cover. Just a thought.
