Default Finding the best steering wheel emblem

I recall a few months ago that there was a discussion on here about the steering wheel insert emblems. Part of the discussion was that some are of better quality than others. I am wanting to order one but can't find the thread. Would some of you folks chime in and let me know which of the forum vendors sells what you consider the best quality steering wheel emblem.
Thanks
Mike

Mike - I put one of the Cyberdine 3-D emblems on my steering wheel and it looks great. Has been on there over a year and is holding very well. I bought it from Randy at HRW Motorsports in AZ. He is a forum vendor and will treat you right. Web address is www.hrwmotorsports.com.

If you want to see what it looks like in person, let me know.

Default Flat Decal

I purchased a flat decal from West Coast Corvette.

When I got it I was disappointed with the product. It is GM licensed, but is just a flat decal.

I have not put it on yet. Waiting till a warm day.

I guess I can always remove it.

Not to steal your thread, but wondering if anyone has used the flat decals?

I purchased the same one and, like you, was disappointed and have not yet put it on. However, after seeing the one from vetteworks I'm leaning toward theirs, just not sure about the bubble look.

Bought the WCC Decal... did not even need to install it to know that was a mistake. So I trashed that and went with Cyberdyne a few years ago, still looks like new. Of course if the airbag ever goes off it may turn into a Ninga Throwing Star!

Thanks for the information! I will place an order for a decal tomorrow. You did verify that all them are not the same. I am glad to find where to get the good ones.

These are the domed Cyberdine decals I got from Vetteworks International. Pictured are steering wheel and passenger side airbag decals. They fit perfectly and look OEM. Great quality and always look brand new.:

I also have the cyberdine emblem on my airbag and steering wheel but have often wondered what would happen if the airbags deployed, where would those 3D emblems go? Just a thought!!
