Water leaks in the C5 can be tricky things. Highly recommend you take up vettemans offer of the word files.

There are drain holes in the bottom of the door. make sure those are clear.
Additionally, pull the door panel and check the trapezoid shaped inserts. If those are cracked and the drain holes are plugged, you will get water in the car.
