Nice trade! I've always loved Jeeps, especially the new, 4-door JK's. The new interior and Pentastar engine are supposed to be MONUMENTAL improvements.

I had a new '08 Wrangler X and kept it for about 30,000 miles. Spent over $6,000 in mods to it, including custom leather seats (with the Jeep logo), bumpers, lots of lights, etc. There is almost as much (expensive) aftermarket stuff for the Wranglers as there is for our Vettes.

They are lots of fun, but if you drive them on the highway for any distance, the non-aerodynamic shape and road noise will wear you out.

Once you discover the many fantastic well-paved, winding mountain roads (the Million Dollar Highway connecting Durango to Ouray, for example) I predict we will likely see you again back on the forum, this time with your Jeep AND another C5.

nice Jeep. i too like Jeeps, when i was looking around for a Vette, i was also considering getting a new Jeep. but since my wife already had an 08 wrangler unlimited sahara i decided to go with the Vette, and very happy i did. (dream car and all) but if i was to get a second vehicle, especially for winter driving i would really look hard at jeeps.
good luck and hopefully one day you can get another Vette.

I'm back! Picked up an 02 this time with 6spd. Spent an embarrassing amount of time detailing her but she's ready now! Glad to be back.

Keeping her stock for now but I did do the radio and pull the cd changer in the trunk. 47k miles

Welcome back and congrats on your new ride!
What back up camera did you use? We have one, but not sure ours is as sharp an image as what you have. Thanks
