Broken part by wipers

Broke this part while cleaning up by the wipers..What is this part called and how hard to replace?

Looks like your windshield washer line. You'll have to pop off the cover and take it over to the local auto store or dealer to ge a new one. Probably cost you a couple of bucks.

Just found out this is not just a small part..You have to replace the whole freaking wiper arm @ 75 bucks....GEEEZZZ !!'

VERY neatly try JB Weld, it'll work but be careful not to plug the small hole that the fluid runs through.
