Default Show us your 12 inch rear rims on a STOCK C5

I have acquired through a buddy, a set of Iforged TRK14's. They are 12 inches wide in the rear, trying to figure out what a 12 inch wide set of wheels would look like on a stock C5. Lets see some of your 12 inch wide rear wheels on yours.

Don't do it, they don't fit. Leave the sticking out wheels to the mini truckers.
Here's the CCw 18X11.5 rears with 335 Toyo's. They even rubbed a little on the inside.

I bought some C6Z 19X12 wheels and fender flares this past December. I don't have either one mounted, or tires on them yet, but I will put one rear wheel up on the car and post it once I get home from work later in the evening.

Ok, so it took me more than a day to post pics lol. Here they are. The current wheels I'm running are thin spoke nock offs I bought over 4yrs ago. The new wheels are C6Z 19x12. Yes, the car is dirty/dusty.

This is what the thin spoke looks like, and the car is up in the air by the way.

This is the C6Z with no tire, and it stick way farther out than the thin spoke.

Yeah I mounted them with the suspension fully in up in the air, and the barrel would hit/rub the top A-arm. Yes, I a'm going to need a 5/8" or a 3/4" spacer. I got the 2" fender flares from Quik Z06, but I still need to "make" time to fit them and get them painted. Depending as to how the wheel is "tucked" in after the fender flare install I will decide on a spacer size.

Those hit the A-arm? With a 59mm offset? They shouldn't have. CCW 11.5" wheels have a 61mm offset, and they clear. Those C6Z wheels are only 4mm deeper into the fender well.

I just put the wheel back on, and you are right. It was an optical illusion by not having looked well. This is with the suspension up in the air again.

This is what I saw.

This is what it should have been.
