Tranny upgrades
Having my A4 rebuilt next week and was wondering if anyone had gone this route and if you had any upgrades installed in the process.
I'd also like to know if anyone has installed a shift kit such as B&M's Trick Shift in a C5?.

Call TJ at RPM transmission a vendor in here ship it to them you will not go wrong here. I have there Level VII in my car and love it...Robert

Does the rpm upgrades do anything to how the ride feels or is it just for strengthening the trans to handle more hp and torque? I'm currently running 501 rwhp on a supercharged setup with the stock trans and dif. I dont beat on it too hard since it's my DD car. I've considered the upgrade but dont want to do something that's going to compromise the ride quality.

torque converter depending on the stall ;you will get use to.

I am almost double your power and also a DD. Love the way it shifts and how it works over the stock set up..You will not be sorry. Plus give them a call TJ can have your trans picked up from a business really great price and great guys at the shop...... Robert
