I've been wondering what the differences are in the years they made the C5. Not so much mechanical, but cosmetic. In other words when you see one parked in a lot how can you tell what year it is. If this has been covered somewhere else on this site, maybe you could give me the link. Thanks

Other than they introduced the C5 vert in '98 and the FRC model in '99, not much changed at all on the exterior. Most of the change were mechanical. In 2000, they went with the thin five spoke wheels (97-99 had the wagon wheels), and in 2001 the Z06 wheels came out.
In 2003 the 50th AE cars (with the special red paint) came out with 5 spoke wheels that were champagne in color.
