The sun was out for a brief moment today so decided to take the vette out and was great! I miss this car during the winter months. Anyway, what a freaking beast this thing is after a SC! thanks to Mr. Wong.
Drove mine 23 miles to work, then 23 miles home. Enjoyed every mile, even the punk in a mustang who pulled up beside me and kept racking off his whatever kind of pipes

That's always funny huh? Dude with a new charger was sizing me up today but I didn't bite.

Thanks for the scary ride Tom.
Good you got some sunshine.
My son left Port Angeles, WA Sunday morning to come down here to sunny SoCal. That sh!tstorm followed him like a shadow all the way here. He said it was some of the worst conditions he'd ever driven in until he finally got out of Oregon.
I drive mine almost everyday - it's my daily driver (minus the family GMC Terrain). And it only has 4600 miles on it currently (but of course, that is going up). Life is just too short to drive a boring car everyday.
I usually store it from end of Nov to first of Apr but this year I'm thinking if we have a nice dry day (after some winter rain to wash away the salt) that I might take the cover off, call the insurance company and activate my comprehensive coverage for a day, deflate the tires back down to spec and get out for a few hours. I know it would be good for the car to be driven but I don't have the desire to make a DD out of it in northern Illinois winters. Bring on some nice days!
Just returned from a nice ride down to the "Joisey" Shore.
Beautiful weather and very light traffic. who can ask for more...
and January 24th to boot. Only issue tire pressure a little high as i set them when weather was below 32 degrees. No difference in handling but DIC did show them high.
I scheduled the transporter today, so hopefully I'll be driving mine again soon!! I can't wait to get it to Colorado Springs from Orlando. My Jeep is fun but definetely missing the Corvette. There have actually been many nice days to take it out here so far.
