Default New Shoes for the Vette

Ok, just had the Michelins installed (Discount Tires) and I do like the way they look. But, I have one question though. As you see there is this bit of lip of the tire over the very edge of my wheels...Is this right/Ok?

That protects your wheels if you curb one. My Toyo T1Rs have them too. Perfectly normal.

That lip can save you some damage.

on a funny note, it took me five freaking minutes to find the stupid lug lock key. I must have read that sentence in the manual at least 20 times. The kids at Discount Tire were looking at me with weird expression on their face.

Why I can get that lug lock off in 90 seconds with no key, no big deal.
