I went to work on my car today under the dash. I put my elbow into the d/s seat cushion to balance myself when I heard a pop. Like a bag popping. I looked at the seat and the leather split.
I need a cushion now. How hard is it to replace the seat cushion.
Check out that big online auction place and type in C5 Corvette seat covers...and away you go. (PS. when you said "POP" my first thought you threw your back!) lol. Rob
Thanks for the help. My foam is like new. Any ideas where to get one.
you can always ask in C5 PFS there is a forum member Mr Big parting out his car right now...maybe you can get one from him or someone else who swapped theirs

No Rob I did that last time I worked on the car, I took the tires off to clean the inside wheel wells. That popped my back out and it still hurts.
I bought the seat referb kit from Corvette Central and did both of my seats. The kit comes with extra cushion and Jute and once you file off the sharp edges and have the seat done it does make a big difference in how you feel sitting in the seats.
