Default end links

I want to change the end links on the front and back sway bars to the metal ones, is there any dificulties in doing this?, do I just remove the bolts and attach the new ones? do I have to suport the sway bar in any way? the car is off the ground for the winter. any ideas has to witch ones to use?. and is there a specific torque to the bolts that I should tighten them to. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFUL, (GINO) THIS IS A 2000 6 SPEED COUPE.

Default did mine

It was pretty easy, once I found the right tools. It's hard to hold the rods from spinning, and hard to get on the nuts on either the front or rear, can't remember.

Use this write up as a guide for taking apart the endlinks. Obviously you may be able to omit some of the suspension dismantleing.

What this doesn't mention clearly, is that the studs spin once the bolts start to loosen up. USE AN ALLEN WRENCH stuck at the end of the studs, and an open ended wrench to turn the bolts.

I beat my head against the wall untill I figured this out
