The drivers side low beam headlight is out in my 2004. I replaced the bulb, and still didnt work. I replaced the #10 fuse under the hood, and still doesnt work....any suggestions??? Thanks
well...I guess the first question is did you test the original bulb to make sure it was the bulb...if the original tests good then you can return the new one.
check for power at the socket
if the fuse is good and you have power at the socket you have 2 bad bulbs (unlikely) if no power at the socket perhaps a broken/loose wire or bad ground

Yes I tested the bulbs and its definetly not the bulb. I checked the ground, and its clean. I havent checked to see if there is power to the socket yet.

I had a loose wire going into a socket that caused me some heartache for a while which may also be a possibility....
My question would be to confirm you did in fact pull out the low beam bulb and not the high beam. I had a light out some few years back when we rolled into Moab, Utah for their annual car show. Went to the napa store, bought the bulb, raised the hood and reached in and pulled the bulb. It was the high beam bulb i pulled instead. Once i got the right bulb, everything was fine. good luck to you.

Yes I actually checked both bulbs...The low beam is def. out. The high beam is ok. This is really frusrating since its my DD
Try using a jumper from a 12v + source circuit to the #10 fuse and seeing if you can get a reading on the headlight socket. If you get a reading, great, if not your problem is a break in the wiring. If you do get a reading, you can run a jumper from upstream of the working headlight fuse (#8) to upstream of the driver's headlight fuse (#10) and have at least a temporary solution that's safe for the wiring.
I believe there's also a headlight relay, but I'm not certain if it's side specific.

There is a headlight module mounted on the passenger side headlight bucket that controls the low and high beam operations, as well as opening and closing of the buckets.
I would start as suggested before with checking if you have voltage at the socket when the lights are on. If you don't and you know the fuse is good, you will probably need to find the module, unplug it and plug it back in to clean the contacts and see if this helps. You may need a new module. Mine acts every once and a blue moon and I haven't gone into replacing it yet.
