Default Rear Diff Fluid Question
So I bought a Lucas brand 75W90 synthetic that states it needs NO additives for Limited Slip applications.....I'm skeptical and hope someone might chime in with thoughts on if I should or shouldn't add the 4oz of friction modifier?

try it, if the rear end chatters, add it.

Open the bottle and take a sniff, if it smells like sheeeeeet, then it's already in it. The smell is unmistakable.

Should be good to go. I added Royal Purple that doesn't need it.
