Anyone here done them?
DIY install or did you have a shop do it?
How do they look?

I'm so tired of painted fuel rails, covers, etc, and I've been seriously looking at these. I want something simple and not particularily flashy.
They're not cheap, but quality looks pretty good, and installation seems pretty straightforward. I'm pretty handy with a wrench and thought about installing myself.
Just wondering if anyone here has had experience with them.

I have a set of PCR cover with the cut out on the front that has been tig welded to work on the vette. I will sell cheap they look almost like stock one,s you even bolt your coil pack in stock holes and also these are a little taller than stock and still use the stock plug wires.. Robert

Thanks,
Not familiar with these, but I want something that looks "upgraded" as opposed to stock. I like the looks of the BCP, but just looking for someone who has had their hands on some before I drop $800 on a complete setup.

Many people do the installation themselves, but many have shops do it as well. It is a personal preference, you have to gauge your ability, and if you are comfortable performing the task. Fully illustrated step by step directions are included. I can't say what is the best for you, we do suggest that you have a tech do the installation. I have only known of one customer that had done the installation wrong, by not connection the ignition wires on the same coil pack. It misfired of course.

If you have to think about it, maybe have a tech do the install, or invite me over and I will help you.

Have you updated your C5 installation instructions with images for the C5 instead of the C6?

The installation is essentially the same, just the coil pack are different. Good question though, as your the first to ask!

We do have detailed drawings that come with the package which shows the alignment of the coils very well.

Let me know if I can be of any more help, and thanks for the good question. I appreciate it.
