Most of the posts I have read point to the relays. When I put a test light on the plug going to the actuator it lights up bright, lock and unlock. You can hear the relays clicking. The actuator looks like a pain to change so I dont want to do untill I am sure.

If one are the other is not locking are unlocking that is what it is. I just chged one out today in a friend 2000. His door side wouldnt work either from the door are the fob. One good way to tell also lock it by the fob and if you go open the door and the car goes off on you, you will need to chg out the door control module... Robert
I solved my door lock problem by swapping the LDCM with the RDCM. Found the door lock relay was bad. Replaced the door lock relay and it has been working fine.
I will try and swap the module from the passenger side as a test. Does anyone know where to get the pins that hold the inner door panel on? I dont even know what they are called and messed up a couple.
