It was either a Z06 intake manifold, a Vararam intake or this,
Of course you get to see the mess my garage is in right now too I was wanting a 2 or 4 post lift but now is not the right time for that but when I came across this ramp lift I could not pass it up. The owner said he did not know who made it but it is not a mass produced unit. I think I now know that it was made by either a tech school or high school welding class. The first time I got under the lift after I set it up I could see where about 12 different people had autographed the runners in paint with their names and 05'-06'. There is enough steel in this thing to build at least two Kwiklifts, I could not have bought the steel material to build this thing for what I paid. Now I have to start saving my pennies for a Z06 intake, cold air system and long tubes.
i've been looking for something like this for a while. I dont have the height / money for a large lift. But want something that's very stable and able for me to crawl under. If that school made 2 give me a shout!
Well no, just a pile of sweepings I hadn't picked up yet, but I do see the resemblence however if could have been. On the other side of the Vette is a 1967 Chevelle that had not been moved from it's resting spot since 1997 until yesterday I had to move it a little closer to the wall to make everything fit. The Chevelle and FRC have to share the garage with a Titan pickup, Impala SS, 4 wheeler and motorcycle.
Mess? I LOVE your garage. Mine is a single stall with a buckling cement floor and hardly enough room to open the doors (used to be a carriage house). But I'm happy that I have indoor plumbing...
