It looks to be part of your seat turn buckle for your set adjustment.

I believe Mr Bill is correct...that is a shoulder bolt in that plastic, and that can only mean one thing...this is gonna cost you bigtime to fix

It is simple to pull the seat out - 4 bolts and one un-clip of the wire harness -

Pull it out and flip it upside down ad you should be able to see exactly where it came from of broke off from

Unfortuntly I can't do pictures, but bill is right.I have my drivers seat sitting right behind me in my computer room and I just turned it over and there are two of those on the right side of the drivers seat one goes toward the front and the other to the back.You have to remove the seat to get to them. .The seat is real easy to remove,4 nuts and 2 plugs for the feet.
