Default Dual Climate Control for 1997 C5

My dual climate control lights and functions perfect except the passenger control does not change the temperature. Does anybody have any ideas why?

Make sure your temp isn't set to 90 or the min setting, It won't work at max or min setting.

If you mean shows a temperature on the control panel it does not work that way. As long as min/max temps are not dialed in on the drivers control (As Mr. Bill noted) you will get the same temp output on the passenger side if you set the control in the 12 o'clock position. Turn the control clockwise for warmer air on the passenger side, counterclockwise for cooler air.
