Why do girls like trucks more than sports cars?
My girlfriend loves my vette but says that I should buy a truck that it's more manly and shows hard working morals wtf??? Anyone can buy a truck hell I'm 22 and own a vette and a 350z. I think having these shows that I work hard more than some jacked up small wewe compensator. Trucks to me are boring they are slow and don't handle worth a fudge. Why is it that girls think trucks are better?

Thats the thing she says sell the Z and get a truck but keep the vette. She comes from a very upper class family. I just don't get the truck thing I like my 30mpg and 300whp.

No sure, but it may be based on different parts of the country. If the girl or girls are more into Country Western music, then the truck is the thing. When was the last time you heard a Country Western song about a sports car?

My girlfriend is from the Slovak Republic and she hates my truck. It must be that Eastern European City little car thing with her. Plus she has trouble getting in it, especially when wearing a skirt.

Hate to say it but your GF is right. Keep the Vette, get rid of the Rice and buy yourself a nice Truck.
There are many things you can do when you have a truck.
I am willing to bet that many forum members have both a vette and a nice truck.
I have an 07 Avalanche and couldn't imagine life without it.
How would I get the boat to the lake? Or, the Toy hauler to the Beach?

I don't understand the truck desire either unless she really, really likes country music.
Some guys buy trucks the same reason some guys buy Corvettes. I understand that some guys actually use their trucks and they serve a purpose, however most truck owners I know don't even use the bed unless they're helping someone move. It's basically a jacked up, two seater sports car with no back seat.
