Default Any recommended vehicle shippers

I'm in the process of buying a 2002 z06 from Kentucky. I'm looking to have it shipped to me. It will be about 700 miles. Just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a certain shipping company. I've done the online quote thing and i've gotten like 25 estimates, little overwhelming and hard to determine what one I should choose. Thanks
for your time.

I have couple of friends here in Lex KY that ship cars year round ....let me know I can find out how much they will charge .....trust me u really need to know who's gonna ship ur car .....man they told me some stories about what some car haulers do .....from removing parts and replacing with something else .....or taking new tires off and putting old ones on ....and list goes on...who ever u gonna go with make sure u have pictures before it was loaded .....and the main thing ....make sure when its already loaded on the truck the dealer signs the release form and checks everything for damages or scratches and makes a copy for himself ....if he doesn't signs it I garuntee that something is gonna happen and the driver all he has to do is to add another check mark in that paper and tell u that it was there .....and u can argue all u want .....so be carefull .....sorry about long post ....u didn't said where u want the car shiped ?....I can back my guys up they do good job ....just let me know I'll be glad to help....thanks

Uship is a joke. Spend a little extra and get a reputable carrier.

I used Intercity to transport both our C5's from Indiana to SoCal a month apart in 2010. Here are the threads I posted.

Admirals Black Transport brought my car from Denver to Central Arkansas. It was on an open 18 wheeler. The driver called me twice to update me on when he thought he would be at my house. I have no complaints with their services. Have no idea about the cost. I bought it from a Mercedes Dealer and made the offer based on them taking care of the shipping.

Exotic Car Transport out of Florida. Naples Florida to Orange County New York, under $1000, enclosed trailer, 1 week. I was updated about 3-4 times. Excellent shipper.

We just went thru this last month. We shipped a "car" from Florida to Oregon. Took 26 days and had trouble communicating with the company. Very expensive ordeal ($1415.). The carrier's name withheld but not named here....yet.
Put the shipping out for quote and got 85 calls, emails, etc.

The man who bought my car used Gran Turismo. It took a couple weeks to get them to pick the car up but when they did it was an enclosed trailer, soft straps over the tires, and they delivered the car from VA Beach to Alabama in three days. Driver performed the pre acceptance inspection in my presence and had me drive the car onto the lift gate and then onto the upper ramps. No problems with the delivery.
