Hey all, just got my set of Johny O'connell sway bars in and most likely will be installing them tomorrow in my driveway if weather permits. Not sure if anyone else is thinking of buying them and i haven't seen too much feedback on them so i figure ill throw up some pics of the install and give some info on the handling impressions afterwards.
This is my first time ordering anything from Pfadt and i would definitely order from them again. The bars themselves and end links seem to be of excellent quality, everything was well packaged, organized, included detailed instructions, and arrived quickly . Reason i went with these bars over the T1's or Hotchkis is because from what i've heard the T1's can be a little overly aggressive for a street driven weekend warrior and the hotchkis don't really offer enough of a improvement over the stock z06 bars. Looking at the stiffness graph on Pfadts website these bars seem to be just a step down from the T1's and the price at 650.00 is roughly in between the price of the Hotchkis and T1's. Here's a couple shots of the bars and ill have more pictures of the install and size comparison of the bars compared to the z06 bars.
I've had the Johnny O sways and shocks on my 03Z for about a month now. Great package, I can really tell the difference with respect to the car feeling planted and much more neutral in the corners....Money well spent.
Good luck with the install; I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

Thank you very much for the purchase, and definitely keep this thread updated when you get the bars installed on the car!.
Sway bars are one of the easiest and best upgrades you can do to get more handling out of your street driven Corvette. You're going to love the JO bars!
