I installed those in my 99 but I kept the normal bulbs. One thing I am having a problem with is that the lights are pointed pretty high so I blind people when I am behind them and I light up the over-highway signs. Does anyone have any insight on the easiest way to adjust them? Thanks!

Adjust them to the lowest setting. The way it comes I was lighting up the top of the trees on low beams. Oncomming traffic was not happy at all that night. The lowest setting seems to be perfect and keeps the cut off out of people's eyes.
edit: You adjust them by the phillips head screw that is onthe bottom of them.
Great thanks! I am actually at school right now and won't be home to look at them until tomorrow and now you have me curious....Do I have to take them back out to be able to get at the screws?

All you have to do it remove the access panels under the parking lights. If you shine a light up there you will see the screw in the bottom center of the headlight. Or you can just put your arm up there and feel it. I can't remember which way makes it go down so you might just have to turn your lights on when adjusting. I would adjust it all the way down if not maybe a turn or 2 higher at most. Anything more than that and its too high. Atleast on mine.

You will need to use depo headlights in your car because it has law beams. This modification will solve your problem. You can also choose low voltage bulb in your car. Do you know about depo headlights?
I was really looking at the Depos myself and couldn't decide if I like them... I saw red C5 and the inside housing was body color matched and it looked amazing. When my gears finally strip I'll be ordering a set.

Low profile head lights
I purchased a set of head lights from Mid America Motor Works that do not flip. What do I have to do to install them. Some say I have to remove the front bumper. How much hassle is it to remove the front bumper and do I really need to remove the bumper for access? I have the lights but nervous about installing them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
I had mine done by a professional. I watched/helped and we took off front bumper cover. The upside can be, access to the build sheet when the bumper is off. Instruction were poor at best so we didn't adjust the up and down. So it cost me again to have headlights adjusted. Also installed the radio-flyer innovations? relay that allows both beam to light up when brights are selected. Not a bad job just time consuming.

I will be putting my "Bumble Boogie" into hibernation soon for the winter. Northern climates dictate that for owners that care about their Vettes.
I will do like you and install with bumper off and install the radio flyer kit along with the head lights and new turn signals. I will have all my updates finished by the time the Crocuses bloom, I hope.
Thank you for your response 32degreedude.
