Just a suggestion - if you don't have an owners manual with your car (which has a diagram of the fuse boxes and a description of which fuse controls what), you can download a copy from the gmpartshouse.com web site.
My map and passenger floor lights stopped working. All other lights come on.
when you say "all other lights" come on...are you talking the driver's side footwell and rear compartment lights? If so, it ain't the fuse 29... This may help..
yes the driver's side footwell and rear compartment lights are coming on when the door is open. The map lights & passenger footwell does not. Thank you, I do have owner's manual, I thought it odd that only those three lights were out. Everything was working fine.

Remove the bulbs, check them, then check for power in the receptacle. If you've got power, then check for continuity to ground. If you don't have power, you'll have to work your way back to the fuse.

Thank you, as soon as I get home I'll start as you suggest and work my way back.
Only the map lights are not working. I can't find which fuse their on. I have checked #21 is good. there is power for auto dimming mirror & the little spot light. Any ideas where they get their power?
I am not a normal person, something doesn't work 100% I can't stop thinking about it until it's solved. After doing search after search I discovered it was fuse #2 that was out and I know why. There has never been a bulb in the light housing under the hood so I bought a LED one. Somehow I must have blown the fuse installing it. I can sleep tonight!

Yeah, I'm the same way....don't like things that don't work and it bugs me until I find out why. Here is the correct schematic in case anyone needs it...I was wondering how only one foot well light was out. Good find!
