Default Torch Red Floormats

I have a torch red 03 coupe with black interior.
Have been thinking about torch red floormats to
wake up the interior. Has anyone done it and if not whats
your opinion. I have the red 2 tone center console and
armrests already.

Thanks

I had Torch Red floor mats and I have to tell you, They won't last, They will look good for a month and after that they will be really dirty.

Wouldn't suggest it for every day use. They will get really dirty quick. If it is for show purpose, but use your oem mats daily, go for it.

So what we're saying is that the floor mats will be just as dirty as if they were black but you'll be able to see the dirt easier??

I have torch red floormats and really like them. I think they add a nice, subtle touch to break up all of the black in the interior. The only dirty spot on mine after 2 years and 20k miles is a black wear spot wear my heel rests on the driver side mat.

I had red mats in my mod red Z and they stayed clean. Go for it and add some color inside. Just don't pick the side emblem. Nice big C5 forward emblem will look good.

Here would be something to consider: black floormats with red piping around the outside and a red C5 logo with red Corvette lettering.

I have that format with the Z06 emblem for my black Z and it's just enough contrast and looks clean.

What about using the clear plastic mat covers to protect them, or do they look like crap? L8R ZFLASH

I'd get them and use them for car shows only.

I've had the red floor mats for a few yrs & like them. I use the clear plastic mats over them. You can take off the clear covers for shows if you like.
